Engaging Meaningful Community Action

The Community Partnership Alliance (CPA) is a community-led, multi-ethnic initiative to create, leverage, and promote change that maximizes the educational and economic prosperity of our multicultural community. Founded in Merced in 2003, the CPA strives to serve as local and national model for community change that engages and advocates for all persons. We place a special emphasis on empowering and increasing the voice of under-represented communities, who often are left out of our civic and social change efforts because of educational, language, and cultural barriers. As home to the 10th UC Campus (UC Merced) our activities place special attention to the opportunities and responsibilities that exist in Merced County and the surrounding Central Valley. If you share these ambitions, please join us.
